Warren Sinclair LLP is a partnership based in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
Red Deer is located half way between, and an hour and a half from, the Province's two major population centers - Calgary and Edmonton - and is the only city on the Canadian prairies with a potential market of 1.8 million people within 100 miles. The city's population in 2002 was 72,000 with a near trading area of close to 200,000. The cumulative growth of the city's population over the last 10 years was 12.3% and the forecast for the next 2 years is a further 6%.
Warren Sinclair LLP can trace its lineage to 1916 and has grown with Red Deer. The Firm's most recent composition originated in 1979 with two lawyers and four staff.
The Firm has grown quickly to its present size of 36 lawyers, paralegals, assistants and others with the lawyers more completely introduced in our lawyer profile pages. Warren Sinclair LLP has offices in Red Deer and Delburne.

Our Firm was one of the first in Alberta to network our offices with computers. Our philosophy is to keep up with technology to assist in the practise of Law. Every person in the Firm uses networked computers served by laser printers and has access to electronic communications to serve our clients quickly, efficiently and accurately.
We encourage our clients to regard the Firm, rather than any individual lawyer in it, as your lawyer, because the Firm employs a team approach and offers specialization among our lawyers, something rare in a community the size of Red Deer. It's our goal to ensure a client's problem will be dealt with by the most suitable lawyer in the particluar area of Law. On the rare occasion where we can't help, we know who can.
As important as the lawyers, Warren Sinclair LLP has a highly skilled secretarial and paralegal staff. We have a wealth of experienced people. Some of our staff have been working in their areas for 40 years.
