Executive Summary
Locke grew up on his family’s dairy and grain farm located in the Horn Hill District south of Red Deer. Locke graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010 and subsequently from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2014. After completing his education Locke moved back to Red Deer to join Altalaw LLP for his articles. Locke became a partner with Altalaw LLP in 2022 and subsequently joined Warren Sinclair LLP as a partner in 2026.
Locke provides practical advice to his clients to help resolve their legal issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Locke’s primary areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial law, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. A particular interest for Locke is assisting farm families with their legal needs.
In his spare time, Locke enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their two sons, farming, curling, and traveling.
